Jesus said, “Go and make disciples of all nations” (Matthew 28:19). This is a commandment that lies at the heart of what we do as believers. We want everybody to hear about the gospel, so we go out and share it with others so that we will see souls saved.
We believe that children’s ministry should be fun, interactive, spiritual and above all life changing! It’s much more than just a place to mind kids during the service but a place where they can be ministered to as well.
A group of the congregation heads out to The Mount Prison in order to minister to those who are serving time. We believe that Christ died for all people, and so we have a responsibility to reach out to them with the gospel and God’s love.
During the course of the month we have set activities in place for everyone to be part of, and there are many more to come. Freedom’s Ark gives everyone the opportunity to get to know each other better and grow as a member of the body of Christ. Below is a list of things to do if you would like to get involved.
Church is more than the four walls of the building. We acknowledge that the church is the gathering of the saints (Hebrews 10:25), therefore we make a habit of meeting up for house fellowships around London. Fellowship blocks include; Tottenham, Enfield, and Barking.
Men’s Breakfast Meeting
On the first Saturday of the month the men of Freedom’s Ark get together for breakfast, topped with topics that lie deep in a man’s heart. At the Men’s Breakfast Meetings we aim not only to be fed physically, but spiritually as well.
Women’s Coffee Morning
The ladies meet every last Saturday of the month for an intimate time of bonding. Join the women of the church in fellowship and see yourself grow to be the woman God has called you to be in every walk of life.
IT4:12 Youth Fellowship
Teens are energetic, loud, and can be incredibly opinionated, but that’s what we love about them! At IT4:12 we teach our young people how the Bible relates to everyday life at home, school, with friends and with family. Classes are held during Sunday services.
Over 18s fellowship
The over 18s meet up sporadically throughout the month in fellowship with each other at restaurants, each other’s homes, public spaces and more. They have a way of organically setting things up so that people can get to know each other for the better and enjoy each other’s company. If you’re over the age of 18 then chances are you’ll get settled in comfortably.
